sit further away from the mic and put something fluffy or spungy over the mic like my orange fluffy thing that we had at the youth hostle remember lewis 🙂 hope it helps lol
I also intend to get one of those anti-pop screens.

cheep tip for u get some old tites the school winter ones that tipe of thing. get a old coat hanger and basicly put the tites over it and there u have a home made pop shield. Ok it does not look as good but sometimes it works better.
